Alisha Banks

Believer in Jesus Christ, devoted wife, mother of two beautiful daughters and Women's Health Coach. Alisha is deeply passionate about helping women heal their hormones. In between serving her family and tending to her home, she works closely with her clients on hormone nourishment, emotional intelligence and spiritual resiliency.

After five years of being offered birth control as a solution to painful periods and an irregular cycle, fifteen months of amenorrhea (complete loss of period) and a deep-rooted fear of loss of fertility...

I surrendered my fears to the Lord, committed to nourishing my body & began learning how to discern holistic remedies. Now I help women do the same.

A note from me to you

As Christian women, we know we are to trust the Lord for complete healing but what do we do when the healing doesn't come? What do we do when our anxieties become too heavy to carry and attempting to lay them at Jesus' feet leaves us feeling like we've failed or affects our perception of self-worth? Our concerns are no less valid because we have faith. Our symptoms are no less real because we firmly believe they will be cleared. As much as I believe in divine healing I also believe that God's time is nothing like how we perceive time here on earth. I won't tell you I understand everything about health and healing, as we both know that all things have not yet been revealed but I will tell you that I have dedicated my life's work (outside of role as wife and mother) to supporting women on their hormone healing journey. I am dedicated to getting you the answers you seek and the remedies you feel safe applying. There is hope for your healing and peace ahead.
